No Returns Accepted
Due to the nature of research-grade laboratory materials and quality control requirements, Catalyst BioLabs does not accept returns once a product has shipped.
All sales are final. By placing an order, you acknowledge that materials are supplied exclusively for laboratory research and cannot be returned after shipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you receive incorrect materials, contact us immediately with:

- •Clear photos of the packaging and contents
- •Description of the issue
Our team will review your claim and provide resolution options based on the specific circumstances.
Reporting Timeframe
All shipment issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Claims submitted after this window cannot be honored. Proper storage and handling after delivery is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Quality Concerns
If you have concerns about product quality or documentation:

- •Contact our support team with specific analytical or documentation questions
- •Provide your order number and batch/lot number
All compounds are independently verified before release. Quality standards are non-negotiable at any order volume.
